12/10 6:30 pm -9:00 pm at Albi Wellness Center Hosted by Sabra and Heart Space Collaborative's April Newby from Austin, TX. We're undergoing massive shifts and upleveling right now so this event was created with the intention to support your expansion as you navigate blessed change in your life. Embodiment practice, active heart opening breathwork and kundalini activation. Bring water, yoga mat, blanket and a pillow (optional). Doors are 15 minutes before hand.
