I delve deeply into the spots where suppressed feelings from our inner child reside while the client connects to their body through a specific breathing pattern helping to open the heart, throat and womb. By navigating through discomfort, we rediscover our pleasure and connect with the expansive realm of the heart as it naturally longs to be.
