Innerdance is said to be a direct kundalini transmission and yet it’s not dangerous. Your channel expands in a safely held process while you receive benefits such as sudden insights, visitations with light beings and guides, cathartic release and pure bliss while in a dream like state. While lying on your mat, you may be touched at various points but i also work in your energy field. Know you’re free to express any spontaneous movements that can and will arise from within. This is not a dance. Participants are lying down and having a very internal experience. Bring something to cover your eyes. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket to lay on top of for comfort and an eye mask. I will provide small towels for eye masks if you forget yours.
