Saturday 9/16 1:00-3:30 pm and we just added a Sunday 9/17 immersion from 3-5:30 Hosted by Sabra and Heart Space Collaborative's April Newby from Austin, TX. We're undergoing massive shifts and upleveling right now so this event was created with the intention to support your expansion as you navigate blessed change in your life. Embodiment practice, breathwork and kundalini activation/ Innerdance. Bring water, yoga mat, blanket and eye cover and a pillow (optional). Doors at 12:30 and we start at 1:00 pm saturday. Sunday the doors open at 2:45 We look forward to having you. I will send out further instructions before the immersion. Please feel free to write me with any questions you may have.
